A first an questionably worthwhile attempt at pointillism. 18x24 illustration board with technical pen and probably some magic marker.

8x10 white charcoal on black paper.

One of my first landscape experiments in Photoshop. Whereas I previously was working in GIMP. I just wanted to experiment with values and distance and fog and mist, etc. The female figure adds some story to the scene.

Somehow the tree trunk looks like a female figure to me. I'm not sure if I really like this illustration, but my imagination plays here a lot. I could draw a bit lighter background to make more contrast for the tree trunk. What do you think?
